S&S Tickets, Inc., is an independent company engaged in
the business of buying and selling premium and "sold out" tickets for
all concert, theatre and sporting events worldwide. We are not affiliated
any, artist, promoter, sports team, agent, box office, theatre or venue.
Any reference to specific events herein is made only for the clear
identification and reference for potential clients of S&S Tickets,
Inc., and reference to a specific event or use of photographs is not
intended to imply nor should it be understood or assumed that S&S
Tickets, Inc. is endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by or otherwise
affiliated with the organizers and/or sponsors of events referenced
herein unless expressed otherwise. All rights reserved. All trademarks
and logos used herein copyright of their respective owners. Purchaser
accepts conditions printed on the ticket. The price printed on the
ticket will not equal the sale price, which includes a service charge.
The sale price reflects the cost of finding and obtaining premium seating.
The purchaser acknowledges that any tickets included in this sale are
being sold at face value and any additional costs reflect the value
of the package pursuant to Florida Statute 817.36. Shipping costs will
be added to the total sale price on all orders.
S&S Tickets, Inc. is not responsible for theft, loss, delay, destruction
(do not leave tickets in direct sunlight or excessive heat) or displacement of
any tickets. S&S Tickets, Inc. is not responsible for any changes in event
times/schedules and venue/stage configurations. For postponed/rescheduled events,
no exchanges, or refunds will be made, tickets are valid for the new date.
Should the event be canceled in its entirety, the purchaser may exchange the
package for credit for a future event less a 10% administrative fee for shipping,
and handling and miscellaneous costs. To receive the future credit tickets must
be received by S&S Tickets and Travel with 10 days of the announcement of
cancellation. Cancellation/postponement or time changes of this event due to
weather, acts of God, armed conflict, or any other event such as civil strife
or cancellation or partial performance are beyond the control of S&S Tickets
and Travel, therefore, no refunds will be given. It is YOUR responsibility to
contact S&S Tickets and Travel for rescheduling of events and use of your
tickets. Client defaults on order before tickets are shipped, a 25% service and
handling fee will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
Tickets held in inventory will be shipped within 24 hours of processing the order.
Advanced ticket purchases will be shipped as they become physically available
for distribution. Tickets are shipped to the billing address on file at your
credit card company. Billing addresses are verified on all purchases. If the
billing address submitted during the order process does not match the address
on file with your credit card company, your order will be delayed. An exact address
is essential to assure your transaction flows smoothly. We cannot ship to PO
Boxes. If billing address is different than shipping address, fax signature must
be provided. For your protection all deliveries are mad via express courier.
A signature is required on all deliveries. There can be no redirect on a delivery
from S&S Tickets and Travel without prior faxed authorization (see above).
There are no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges regarding this sale. All sales
